Within how many days can I return my package? At Elvie The Label you have the option to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.

How can I return my package?
STEP 1: Send an email to info@elviethelabel.com with the reason for return, your order number and your name. We will then send you a return form as soon as possible. Print the form and fill it in.

STEP 2: Pack the items in the original bag/plastic (undamaged and unworn).

STEP 4: Return the package within 14 working days. Keep the Track and Trace code safe!

STEP 5: We will process your return within 14 days of receipt. The return costs are for your own account.

Can I return all items?
Due to hygiene, it is not possible to return earrings and earcuffs. In addition, items from our sale and mystery boxes cannot be returned.
