If you have chosen a normal letterbox package, we aim for a dispatch time of 1 to 2 working days. This means that we will prepare your package and post it within 1 to 2 working days.

What shipping methods are there?
- Letterbox package: If you choose a normal letterbox package, you will not receive a Track and Trace code. It is therefore not possible to track your package in this case.

- Mailbox package with Track and Trace: If you choose a letterbox package with Track and Trace, you will receive a Track and Trace code with which you can track your package.

Prices within the Netherlands:
- Normal letterbox package: A letterbox package is free within the Netherlands
- Mailbox package with Track and Trace: €3,95

Prices outside the Netherlands:
- Normal letterbox package: This costs € 2.95.
- Mailbox package with Track and Trace: €9.95.
